Why Do You Need Oil Reservoir in Refrigeration System
Refrigeration oil reservoirs are often required in screw compressor refrigeration systems due to the characteristics of the screw compressor.
Screw compressors have the highest oil dumping capacity and are therefore more susceptible to lubricant loss.
The oil return system of a screw compressor is complex and therefore often difficult to return.
This is why refrigeration oil reservoirs should be used for parallel compressor refrigeration systems or screw compressor refrigeration systems.
